I discovered the value of therapeutic touch at an early age, volunteering to massage any family and friends who offered to help me practice. My Bachelor’s Degree is in Intercultural Studies and International Business, obtained at John Brown University. While studying in India and China, I embraced the holistic approach to wellness that I witnessed. Later I moved to Texas, and attended Houston School of Massage.  My training has covered a variety of massage modalities, including Swedish, Sports, Prenatal, TMJ, and Deep Tissue Massage. I am always pursuing opportunities to learn new techniques for my clients' benefit. My particular passion lies in helping women integrate massage with other healthy lifestyle choices to support the body’s systems in every season of life.
