Broken body for 20+ years, and trying just about everything out there for pain relief, Heidi finally found healing with a massage/bodywork practice called “Coaching the Body” and decided to dedicate half of her working life to helping others find freedom too.  In May of 2019 she will receive her Certified Coaching The Body Practitioner certificate and will continue the program till she has a Masters, hopefully by 2020!

5Rhythms transcends dance—movement is the medicine, the meditation and the metaphor. Together we peel back layers, lay our masks down, and dance till we disappear. Only to rediscover ourselves through it all.  I am now in training to lead people to healing their bodies through dance, I’m planning to be certified by 2021.
