I have had a life long interest in the mind-body-spiritual connection and the power of healing that comes from a deeper level of awareness of one’s whole, integrated being.  Caring for others has always come naturally for me, and through my experience as a mother, teacher, and caregiver, I discovered the importance of self-care—and how we can easily forget that self-care, self-love and compassion toward ourselves is essential before we may serve others. 

My personal journey led me on the path to Reiki where I embraced my innate abilities of intuition, empathy and healing.  It was inevitable for me to then continue my education to Massage Therapy where I could combine the modalities of Reiki and Massage to provide my clients with a more profound level of healing.  In discovering the power of healing from within, I gained a deep understanding of how emotional pain, stress, and inner turmoil can manifest through physical means. 

I completed all of my Usui Reiki training at Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in Lenox, MA, attended The Massage School in Easthampton, MA, and hold a bachelor’s degree in History from Mount Holyoke College.  I love the art of hands-on healing, energy balancing, and body work, and am a practitioner of hot yoga, and meditation.  I am truly inspired by the words of Buddha that “Our sorrows and wounds are healed only when we touch with compassion.” It is my intention to compassionately provide a spirit of wellness and healing in order to help my clients attain peace, wellness and relaxation.
