Hello, my name is Jen and I am a licensed massage therapist.

My training is in medical massage.  A medical massage consists of a structural assessment and treatment of the findings. As a medical massage therapist, the goal is to help the body find homeostasis by moving the body into better alignment. While my training was focused on medical massage, I also believe in the relaxation and wellness approach to massage.  Sometimes what is truly needed is a relaxing, caring touch.

My goal is to create a safe, client focused environment with an individualized approach to treatment that targets the client's needs and desires while encouraging positive steps towards health.

Jen is the best massage therapist I’ve ever had work on me. When I went for my first massage after a five year hiatus, she listened carefully to my concerns and gave me one of the best massages I’ve ever had. I now go weekly and will continue with her as long as I’m able to. Additionally, she is reasonably priced compared to others which makes it possible to go more often. I recommend her highly!

This was my first time getting a massage. It was recommended by my PT therapist to aid in tension relief related to a pinched nerve in my neck. I was impressed that Tillow had “medical massage” and that Jen first listened and then explained what could be done. Put me at ease, very professional and I was very pleased with the results.
