Hello, my name is Jen and I am a licensed massage therapist.

My training is in medical massage.  A medical massage consists of a structural assessment and treatment of the findings. As a medical massage therapist, the goal is to help the body find homeostasis by moving the body into better alignment. While my training was focused on medical massage, I also believe in the relaxation and wellness approach to massage.  Sometimes what is truly needed is a relaxing, caring touch.

My goal is to create a safe, client focused environment with an individualized approach to treatment that targets the client's needs and desires while encouraging positive steps towards health.
