I have taken classes in aromatherapy, facial massage, hot stones, body wraps, cupping and gua sha. I enjoy bodywork and knowing that the services I provide are something people look forward to throughout the day. Kristina is excellent at what she does. Her space is very welcoming and I always feel relaxed and refreshed after a massage.

Kristina’s massages are one of the best I’ve had! Once I step into her massage room, it’s a wonderfully peaceful sanctuary, and Kristina has such a calming and accepting presence. Even though she asks, she seems to know just the right pressure in just the right places. I always leave feeling so relaxed, at ease and can’t wait for the next appointment!
