In fact...I'm not a spa at all, although, I do try my best to make your healing session as therapeutic and relaxing as possible with each and every visit. In addition to not being a spa, I'm a one woman practice, passionate about zeroing in on what you truly need from a healing massage session--whether it be very specific pain issues, to long over-due stress relief, to simply maintaining your body to feel like itself again after training for an event or after traveling, etc. It's what I love to do. My style is very unique in that I incorporate all my past spa experiences (think super relaxing smooth strokes), my deep tissue strength (don't let my size fool you!), and toss in my fascination with trigger points and my background in acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine (I loooove using acupressure and the meridian system for a holistic session), and what you have is my signature style that keeps my loyal clients coming back.
