Hi, my name is Stephanie! I became a Licensed Massage Therapist in June of 2015. Since then, I have done corporate chair massage and worked in both chiropractic offices and spas. Additionally, I am an Advanced Certified Cupping Therapist with the International Cupping Therapy Association as well as a Certified Prenatal Massage Therapist through Baby Inc. Through my extra training with Baby Inc.; I have the knowledge and technical skills necessary to work with expectant mothers in all trimesters. I have several different options for positioning the Momma-to-be, whether we use the bodyCushion™ System, side-lying, or propped up using wedge pillows. I try to make her as comfortable as possible throughout the entire session. Some modalities that I incorporate into our Integrative Massage sessions are Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Trigger Point Therapy, and Myofascial Release. I believe in the body's ability to heal itself, and I use my knowledge as a Massage Therapist to help assist in that process. I look forward to working with you on your wellness journey!

Massage Therapy
I have completed my training through B.A.B.Y INC.
Contemporary Cupping Methods certification received through International Cupping Therapy Association. Massage Cupping is the combination of massage movements and negative pressure with the use of a suction device on the skin. A cup is positioned at the area to be treated and, depending on the type of cups being used; a vacuum is created within the cup to draw the skin and underlying tissue into the cup. The produced vacuum creates a suction effect that increases blood and lymphatic circulation systemically and to the local area, relaxes muscle tissue and support, draws stagnation, pathogenic factors and toxins out of the body and releases a myriad of pain causing factors.
