While the ambiance is not upscale spa like, it is minuscule to the quality of the of the care given. Jo Ellen was easy to communicate with and showed understanding of my concerns.

I was able to book my appointment for a next-day massage and ended up getting in same-day due to a cancellation. I felt completely at ease from the moment I walked in the door - the office is just like a cozy little nook and Jo Ellen made sure I was comfortable from that moment on.
