I've been practicing massage for over 20 years. I challenge myself to actively keep learning and currently offer a variety of techniques tailored to meet each individual's needs. Being a  Bowenwork practitioner has been very effective for several of my clients.  Frozen shoulder, swollen knees, asthma, and many other conditions can be helped.  It is also very effective for pregnant women and newborn babies. From sports injuries and rehab to active stretching, I can work with your body to get you feeling like yourself again.

I am a mother to 8 children and 15 grandchildren.  I have also had the experience of caretaker of over 20 years.  This valuable experience has given me the unique opportunity to empathize with others in these trying situations and can offer encouragement, wisdom and even prayer if desired.

I have completed the necessary training to become a certified IIPA Iridologist in June 2011. I have read hundreds of eyes and completed reports based on the markings seen in the Iris.

Nutrition

Master Herbalist

I have been a Master Herbalist for over 20 years. I make my own high quality herbal tinctures and help clients to make educated choices on what will work best from them. It compliments Iridology as I can then set up a protocol based on the information I find.

And then there's the massage...she has absolute magic hands! She somehow knows exactly where the tension is and works it away with just the right amount of pressure. Crystal really diagnoses so perfectly! The treatments successfully target the problem. She has successfully taken the pain away in my heel previously. This recent treatment took away my sinus headache. I could feel my sinuses clearing as she worked. Her work is amazing!
