My name is Lindsey and I have been practicing therapeutic massage for 10 years. 

I first became interested in massage therapy when I was a senior in high school. I took an introductory to massage course and fell in love with the anatomy and physiology of the human body.  I choose to attend the East-West College of the Healing Arts in Portland, OR because of the great reputation and credentials of the teachers and licensing requirements of the state. I became certified in Deep Tissue, Trigger Point and Myofacial modalities while at East-West and since then I have taken several continuing education classes in order to expand my knowledge base which includes: pregnancy massage, athletic event techniques, Lypossage and many more!  I have had great success in treating injuries after car accidents, chronic low back pain, carpal tunnel issues, neck and shoulder pain as well as reduced range of motion in the shoulders and neck. Therapeutic bodywork is key to maintaining muscle and structural health so that you can stay active and moving longer without pain.

Very nice pressure and deep tissue work. Would suggest returning arms to side while on stomach when done with work on them instead of leaving them hanging off table.

Lindsey is great. I have had many Massages and have never felt like the person doing the massage has the education or experience. Lindsey listens to me about what and how I'm feeling. I see Lindsey weekly and have so much more mobility in my legs (knees). I can hardly wait to work on my complete body health program for the next year. Lindsey will be very important over the year.
