HI! I'm Sarah. My goal is to treat all people because all BODIES deserve self care. I finished my LMT education at Massage Therapy Institute in Decatur, AL in the fall of 2022. My dream is that I'd like to have a safe studio space open to all people who is need of self care can be treated with dignity and the respect they deserve. HI! I'm Sarah. My goal is to treat all people because all BODIES deserve self care. I finished my LMT education at Massage Therapy Institute in Decatur, AL in the fall of 2022. My dream is that I'd like to have a safe studio space open to all people who is need of self care can be treated with dignity and the respect they deserve. Until then, I am a traveling LMT around my community. 


Constant pain and stress from day to day life or aliments can wreak havoc on ones body. More often than not, you just get used to it being there and you shouldn't have to. Massage is more than just a "luxury", it is in fact self care. Self care is extremely important to your mind, body and soul. 

Whether you just need to destress from your work week or suffer from chronic issues, I'd like to be able to help you. I like to provide a comfortable, safe space for everyone no matter their gender, race, age, aliment, and size, because like I said every BODY deserves self care!

On a personal note, I am a wife and mother of 2. I love hiking and camping. I am also a huge Disney nerd!!! When I can get a workout in, I enjoy lifting weights, practicing yoga and walking.

Sarah took the time to listen to my concerns. I felt so much better the day after my massage. Would highly recommend her for massages. I have had both Swedish and deep tissue by her.
