I had a 60-minute integrative massage with Rachel yesterday at Northern Light Holistic Healing, and it was absolutely amazing. She is incredibly knowledgeable and intuitive, and I truly felt like she helped me connect with my body on a much deeper level. I left feeling grounded, relaxed, and aligned. Rachel is by far a healer of mind, body and spirit. I have a serious illness and her skill, knowledge of the human body and her loving spirit informs me to place my trust in her more than the specialists. I have both, but I go to her first. She is amazing.

I would highly recommend Rachel as she gives a great firm to medium pressure massage. She always ensures to ask if the pressure needs to be adjusted less or more. She was professional, kind, and I felt super relaxed in her presence. Very good energy.
