As someone getting my very first professional massage, I was incredibly nervous. The idea of a stranger touching me had my anxiety through the roof before I even walked in the door. Rachel at Northern Light Holistic Healing immediately put me at ease. She guided me through the entire process, explained everything clearly, checked in often, and made sure I was comfortable both physically and mentally. I never once felt rushed or uncomfortable. I chose the Integrative Massage, and it truly lived up to its name. This head-to-toe experience left me feeling more relaxed, connected, and whole than I have felt in a long time. What stood out most was how genuinely Rachel cared about creating a safe and welcoming environment. During our conversation, I felt comfortable, open, and understood. She took the time to get to know me as a person, not just a client. I left feeling lighter, calmer, and more at peace in both my body and mind.
