About Hark House

Hark House, in Biddeford, Maine, provides therapeutic massage--an opportunity to listen to your body and learn about ways you can more consistently feel great. At Hark House, we provide massage therapy for folks who see massage as essential preventive and restorative health care, not just an escape. Sure, there’s some escape that happens as a result, but we are looking for long-term results, not just a fuzzy feeling.

Using a variety of therapeutic techniques, we actively help you to deepen your ability to listen to your body so that it works really well for you. Our philosophy centers around listening to and understanding what’s going on in the body so that it can be addressed.
