In 2012, I began my journey by taking a Reiki I class and a year later, I was finishing up my Reiki Master Teacher class. I started teaching others about Reiki soon after that.

Following my heart and from what clients were telling me, I looked into attending massage school so I could further my studies of healing. In 2014, I began my next adventure at the Center For Natural Wellness of Massage Therapy in Albany. I took the longer evening course and completed my studies in July 2016.

With humble gratitude, I have to say, I passed my National Massage Board and NYS Massage Boards! It was a lot of hard work, but I so enjoyed what I never thought I could achieve.

So with all my modalities, I want to extend my healing journey with others by offering the services of massage therapy and holistic healing.

I believe healing starts from within and once the process starts your mind and body will start to change. You will look and feel like a new person.

Took this continuing education class back in March of 2016 at Center For Natural Wellness of Massage Therapy. I have used this on a few clients for swelling and sinus issues. I plan on taking lower extremity Lymphatic Drainage in November 2016.
