It is my life's work to help myself and others discover the innate healer that resides within. Through wholistic healing methods, which take us to the root of our imbalances and dis-ease, we will work together toward deep healing. Once we've found the roots, I assist people in a courageous inward looking - to empower you to find your way back to health, wholeness and joy.
I have studied, experienced, and been moved by the depths of the human experience through my own experiences with grief and trauma dancing alongside the lightness, the awakenings, the clarity and deep joy. I have witnessed the miracles and messiness of life by being present for death and birth. I have and continue to work on my own wounds through wise counsel, yoga, herbal medicine, friendship, and a life lived authentically. I have led and participated in sacred ceremonies and am a believer in the sweetness, beauty, and potential of the human spirit. I am grateful for the mystery of spirit, and the wild whimsy of this world.
Over my last 18 years as a facilitator of healing, I have gathered many tools that call to my soul. I have been honored to work and study with healers of many varieties - shamans, massage therapists, energy healers, herbalists, elders, acupuncturists, doctors, physical therapists, and many wise hearts. I offer intuitive guidance, tarot readings, herbal medicine consultation, therapeutic yoga, energetic healing and bodywork. Together we work to heal the tap root. We work together to remember our divinity. We come together to heal together.
To further nourish living your yoga nature, yoga nature also offers sacred healing events and ceremonies in collaboration with other mystics/artists/healers from around the world throughout the year. Offerings such as therapeutic yoga classes and workshops, sound healing experiences, farm to table meals, nature adventures, pregnancy guidance & support, healing with medicinal herbs workshops & womxn's healing groups.

Audioslave - touring massage therapist
I was blessed to land a job in 2005 touring with the band, Audioslave, for 2 months throughout Europe as their personal massage therapist. What a magical time! And oh so many magical places and interesting humans I got to see and meet! In the coming years, I had the opportunity to be on call for local venues in Seattle WA to artists in town and occasionally, got to travel along the west coast for mini tours when needed. Some of the bands I had a chance to work with :: Tom Morello & The Nightwatchman, Ween, Dolly Parton, Steve Earle, and The Flaming Lips.

Sara Rose is the BEST massage therapist! She is personalable, professional, and experienced.
She took the time to understand my needs and created a peaceful and calm environment.

It's the place you should go if you want what a classic massage should be, not from a spa chain, or storefront, but a seasoned and informative massage therapist in a unique space who takes the time to know what you need and then provides it in a professional manner. Can't ask for more than that. Thank you!
