My experience began at two of the top rated destination spas in Coastal New England. I started as an Esthetician (skin care specialist).While I found I truly enjoyed helping people to relax from their daily stresses, I was seeking more on a continual thirst for knowledge that I possess to this day. In 2008, I completed my degree for massage therapy. It was during that time that I learned much about the mind body connection. I wanted to share this knowledge, and in 2009, Everything Zen was born. Several years later, going from a solo practice, we are now a flourishing group of holistic health practitioners! As the owner of Everything Zen, it is my goal to provide you with exceptional customer care. My bodywork often integrates several different therapies into one session to create a customized, targeted approach. My areas of specialty are working with those suffering from anxiety and depression, as well as massage therapy for autoimmune disorders. My approach is holistic, that is exploring mind, body, and spirit. Going beyond massage, it is also my aim to educate you on ways to improve your quality of life with tips for healthy self care. After all, we only have one body. Give it the  care it deserves and a happy mind and spirit will follow.  I look forward to meeting you!
