I usually get a 1 hour massage but ended up with a 90 minute massage and reflexology. Oh my, was that wonderful! I may have to reconsider my normal amount of time.

I enjoyed my massage but I would of appreciated an introduction in the very beginning. Introduced yourself, what you were going to do, explanation of techniques going to be used in my massage. I felt like Nicole just jumped into the massage not making me feel very comfortable. I would of been more prepared if she explained her techniques (mostly the pausing during massage or meditation time periods).

She dug out many of the tight spots. Didnt do much for the free 15 minute head and face part. She did very well.
