I grew up in Tumwater, WA.  I attained my AA degree, then graduated from Seattle Massage School in 1989.  I've worked in a physician owned physical therapy clinic, a chiropractic office and my own solo practice for 10 years,  then opened and operated my own medical spa for the next 10 years in Covington, WA.

I sold my spa to work with my husband who was a family physician practicing functional medicine. We worked and learned together for the next 8 years until he passed in 2016.

Looking to start life over in a simpler slower place, I moved to Great Falls, MT and began working as a functional medicine health and nutrition coach, and now massage therapist.
I get to do what I Love and Love what I do.  Massage and natural health coaching allows me to serve God by empowering others with the knowledge and skills I have been blessed with.

I worked in 2 physical therapy clinics, a chiropractic office, and private practice for 10 years before establishing Elle Clinical Day Spa in Covington, WA for the next 10 years. I have always believed in combining therapeutic treatment work with a relaxing touch in a soothing environment. Effective massage doesn't have to hurt.
