Mary Beth Holtz has been working as a Bodyworker for over 30 years and loves seeing clients feel better and notice changes that let them enjoy their life more fully. Her work includes traditional techniques from Swedish, to Deep Tissue, Pregnancy, as well as some energetic applications. She obtained an Advanced Practitioner designation from Health Enrichment Center, and is a graduate of the internationally known Barbara Brennan School of Healing.
An avid student, she continues to grow her offerings with trainings in Lymphatic Massage, Zero Balancing, as well as other bodywork techniques that includes Craniosacral work as well. Most recently, she has trained through the Abdominal Therapy Collective in techniques of Maya Abdominal therapy as instructed by Rosita Arvigo, N.D. She enjoys challenging herself to look at things with a kaleidoscope perspective; change one angle of how you view it, and it can change the approach you take with supporting the body. Learning how we can function more fully is something that continues to guide her interests and informs her practice. Dr. John Upledger spoke to the Inner Physician within us all, and Mary Beth believes in listening to the wisdom of your being.
