Intern- Beaubien Bodyworks

From November 2018- May of 2019 I worked as an intern at Beaubien Bodyworks which was then located on Wealthy St. My responsibilities were not that different from someone who is practicing as a full time therapist. I had regular clients during my time there and was able to use the experience there to build a rhythm and flow for how I like to work.

Licensed Massage Therapist - Urban Massage LLC

In August of 2019 I started working as a Therapist at Urban Massage. I worked there until March of 2020 when the pandemic began. At that time I took about 8 months off to be home with my young son. I returned to Urban Massage in January of 2021 and worked there until March of 2022. Urban Massage is where I was really able to build my confidence as a therapist and start building a clientele of people that I truly enjoy working with.

Really relaxing experience with an atmosphere that seemed to melt away any tension. Massage was the cherry on top! With Leigha’s knowledge of muscle groups she expertly moved from spots of tension to muscles that just needed some time. Would and will definitely recommend friends!

Leigha was wonderful! The studio was warm and inviting, very relaxing and she was extremely professional. Great pressure- the hot stone massage was incredible. Highly recommend!

This is the third location to which I’ve been to see Leigha! The space is always so relaxing and beautiful, she always remembers what areas are most needed to be worked, has suggestions of what might be helpful during the massage (hot stones, cupping, etc.), and takes into consideration the depth of massage that I prefer. I’ve always had an amazing experience with her and cannot recommend her enough!

Hands down the best massage I’ve ever had! Leigha was extremely kind and welcoming, and she checked in often on the pressure and how I was feeling. Have not felt this great overall in a long time, without a doubt will be coming back!

I have been coming to see Leigha for a few years. She is never less than amazing. The relief from all the stubborn knots and the lower blood pressure from the overall stress relief pays out in spades. Leigha always be on my calendar!
