Hello! My name is Sarah Chabot and I am a Graduate of the Accredited Boulder College of Massage Therapy as well as a member of the Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals and Grand Lake Chamber of Commerce. I have a Degree in Massage Therapy and am Certified and Licensed in a variety of Bodywork Modalities including Sports/ Orthopedic, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular, Swedish, Prenatal, Hot Stone and Raindrop Therapy and various other spa services. For over 12 years I have been practicing massage in Grand County and continue to increase my knowledge through advanced and extended studies. These include but are not limited to Advanced Myofascial Techniques and CORE Synchronism.
With intention and a combination of these modalities, my aim is to empower the client to begin the healing process.
Located in the beautiful Rocky Mountains I have been able to cultivate my skills with the diverse population that travels through here as well as settles in this outdoor playground.
My training in Sports ranges from working with the Colorado Rapids Professional Soccer Team, CU Football Players, Triathletes, Baseball players, Runners, Bikers, Golfers, Ski Racers, Snowboarders and many more winter and summer sports enthusiasts. Massage is also key in the role of healing for stress management, releasing chronic pain patterns, injury rehabilitation, muscle imbalances, neck and jaw pain, whiplash, back pain, headaches and many more of life's challenges. I also enjoy the added treats that are always welcome after a hard day of playing, such as the Hot Stone Massage, Raindrop Therapy, Revitalizing peppermint foot treatments and body scrubs.
I am an avid Outdoor Enthusiast of all seasons, Yoga and fitness lover, and a grateful Being of all that life has offered so far including my family, friends, experiences and education. I feel that Bodywork is a great tool to help us expand our physical, emotional and spiritual selves.
I believe that we all need to move our bodies by whatever inspires us...
Be in a mindful state.
Appreciate oneself.
Breathe some fresh air...
and enjoy the great outdoors!
