I'm a licensed massage therapist in Goshen, Indiana and graduated from the American Massage School in Elkhart, Indiana providing specialized services in:  Swedish massage, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, prenatal massage, and certification in Reflexology.  All sessions are customized to the individual, incorporating a variety of techniques/stretching to promote mind and body wellness, helping to manage acute/chronic pain and restoring muscle movement.

My own self-care with massage has continued for 10+ years, peaking my interest in providing massage to family, friends and the community of the Northern Indiana area. Also, having over 20 years customer service and patient relations in the dental profession, has allowed me investigate the opportunity of obtaining a dual career path, which I appreciate and love both!  There are so many benefits that massage provides both, psychologically and physically.  When I think of how wonderful massage therapy can provide to people's lives, I think of this quote..."An empty lantern provides no light.  Self-care is the fuel that allows your light to shine brightly."

Currently, providing massage sessions Wednesday and Friday.  In the dental profession on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday's.  I am married, with two amazing kids that keep us on the go with their music and sporting activities.  One of my most prized possessions, is my time I get to spend with my tribe traveling, sharing stories about life, our dreams/goals, laughing and being silly.  Life is too short, we must enjoy!  Always!
