I graduated from SpaTech Institute, specializing in Holistic Massage Therapy which encompasses both bodywork and energy work. And it's been an ongoing journey of learning and expanding my skills and knowledge. I practice Swedish massage (the foundation of all bodywork), Foot Reflexology, Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofascial Release,  Cupping Massage, Ayurvedic Holistic Philosophy, and Chakra System, Kinesiology Taping, among others.

I practice Swedish massage (the foundation of all bodywork), Foot Reflexology, Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofascial Release,  Cupping Massage, Ayurvedic Holistic Philosophy, and Chakra System, Kinesiology Taping, among others.
 

I became a massage therapist because I was broken. I survived a stroke due to an accident in 2002, and it is taking many years to recover. This long recovery and hard work have included managing chronic pain, mobility and balance, surgery, and physical therapy.
 

After having low back surgery, I felt that there must be a better way to address my physical challenges. I decided to focus on wellness more holistically. As a result, I receive regular massage, practice yoga, dance a lot, get outdoors and in nature, become more mindful of what I am eating, and seek out ways to become more balanced.


I practice what I preach and receive regular massage and polarity sessions. I can honestly say that it keeps me upright and able to do what brings me joy.  I look forward assisting you in embracing yourself and feeling your best.
