I have a lot of massage experience in a personal way. I started getting massages after my 3rd back surgery to help me recover and maintain my flexibility. I have 1st hand experience on how beneficial massage can be for your body. If you need just relaxation or recover from a injury, massage is so beneficial in helping the muscles.

Easy location with parking, the most comfortable table I've ever been on (!!!) and Liz is strong and thorough with a traditional Swedish Massage. I will book her again.
