Hi my name is Jessie, I’m recent graduate of the New Hampshire Institute for Therapeutic Arts in Hudson, NH.  I have worked in Long Term Care for the past 20 years and I enjoy connecting with people. I believe that Bodywork not only can heal the body, but it helps with chronic pain, the emotional and mental stressors of everyday life and to maintain one’s overall well-being.

Sometimes it's necessary to slow down and let your mind and body relax.

Jess always asks if there is a particular area that is bothering me that day and always addresses those challenging spots, while still giving a great whole body massage! She does really good deep tissue work and I always feel better afterwards.
