Like: Knowledge, that she sat down with me to discuss treatment beforehand, overall massage was great. Dislike: I noticed I didn't actually get a FULL 90 mins. Appt was at 11:00, I arrived 5min early, she was finished at 12:25 by her clock in the massage room.

Great skill and very calming comfortable environment. Whether I am seeking relaxation or working aggressively on tight/sore muscles, Shelly adapts perfectly.

i’ve been going to Shelly for a monthly massage for about a year now. she’s attentive & sensitive to my needs & i feel completely at ease. i received my first facial recently & was so pleased w the experience i took home some product. and will likely purchase more in the future as it’s a local skin care company and my skin already looks and feels amazing. 10/10 would, and do, recommend Shelly of Avid Therapy.
