I’m Shawn Marie Jones and I have been working as a Licensed Massage Therapist here in NY for the last 16 years.   I graduated from the program of Therapeutic Massage and Integrative Health Care at FLCC in May of 2006. My goal in my bodywork is to identify and treat existing pain due to stress, injury, strains, sprains, compensation due to repetitive motion, and ultimately to help you manifest release and deep relaxation.  Our approach through different techniques and modalities will continuously grow and evolve, just as our bodies and lives do, every day. I am continuously expanding my education through The Upledger Institute practicing CranioSacral Therapy, SomatoEomotional Release, the International Cupping Therapy Association in advanced Cupping Massage applications, and more. 

In 2017, I opened the Finger Lakes Office of Alternative Therapies (FLOAT).  This is a growing project, with the goal of bringing multiple practitioners of Holistic Therapies and practices to a growing client base, here in the Finger Lakes. I’m looking forward to expanding on all that I have done here in the last 16 years and bringing more to my clients' health and needs.

This especially includes Orthopedic considerations, Auto-Immune conditions, Neural injuries/conditions, Cancer treatment, etc.

Cupping Massage is a fabulous approach to those dealing with chronic pain, repetitive injuries, scar tissue, limited range of motion, and for those looking to change up their routine of self-care.
