When you are with me this is Your Time to recharge and experience healing, nourishment, and potential for transformation (including and beyond the physical body).


Our body is our foundation from which all things flow, and it is essential that we create time and space to honor it.


I tailor each session to your unique needs, be that a peaceful space to just relax and relieve tension in the body or a journey through the body, mind, emotions, and spirit. They are all interconnected and must be in alignment with one another for us to live our best lives.


I can facilitate deepened awareness on all levels, and as one of my core philosophies states “Awareness is Liberation”. Many of the enduring physical afflictions we find ourselves with is, at its root, a gap in awareness.


I offer a variety of services such as Massage Therapy (Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Thai, Hot Stone, Salt Stone, and Reflexology), Energy Work (Reiki & Intuitively Guided Attunement), Sound Healing, Pandora Light Therapy, Crystal Healing, and Life Coaching.


One of my foundational principals is that I honor you as the authority on your experience and of your life. Your soul has all of the answers that you need. My job is simply to carve a pathway to it, and to hold space for your own intuitive knowing to arise. It is your own Soul that Heals You.


My speciality is facilitating healing and alignment, clearing density, and supporting Liberation from Illusion.

If you want the best massage in Gainesville, please see Kristen. She is caring, professional, and highly skilled. I love her new massage suite, she doesn't up-charge for added aroma therapy and applies moist heated towels on your back and feet. What an exclusive treat. I plan to be a member of massage therapy plan!

This massage was so effective in relieving stress, and reducing tension that I left feeling like a better version of myself. I found Kristen to be both knowledgeable and professional. I felt very welcome in her space, and the ambiance was fantastic. I highly recommend her massage therapy!

Kristen was great. Very kind and inviting. Made me feel very comfortable. She made sure the pressure was right and didn’t talk too much which I think is a great thing so that I could just relax and enjoy.
