Kayla is a longtime Yoga Teacher, practitioner, and Massage Therapist. She graduated from the Florida School of Massage in early 2018 and has since been very busy working in the community at multiple spas, retreat centers, and retains a successful private practice. But her deep and resounding relationship with the human body came a long way before massage school. Always active and always falling prey to injury she wanted a deeper understanding of how to heal herself. After many year of teaching Yoga to large communities, studios and private clients, and a beautiful two year period teaching at Mayo Clinic, She was ready to take a more intimate look into healing and make Gainesville, Florida her home. Kayla uses her knowledge of Yoga, Meditation, Anatomy, and Kinesiology in her sessions for a wholistic and complete experience.
