I believe our bodies are a product of how we experience our lives. This includes holding patterns we have developed, injuries, postures, emotional habits, thoughts, and more. As an LMT, my goal is to bring awareness to this experience and help alleviate discomfort.

My focus is Neuromuscular Therapy and Connective Tissue Therapy. I work with the fascia to help bring relief to areas with tightness and adhesions. You can expect a tailored session with slow specific movements and pressure adjusted to your liking.
