I had several visits and on the last one I left in more pain then before and completely distraught. It was later that day I went for a massage that changed my life. After just one massage I felt better and decided at that moment I needed to learn more and to help people like myself in great amounts of pain and frustrated from no relief from conventional ways. Nine years later I am still passionate about helping people and continue to learn and expand my knowledge in the healing arts.

Techniques I know and use, usually in an integrated manor, are Swedish, Deep tissue, Myofascial Release, Trigger point Therapy, Relaxation, Bamboo, Acupressure, Sport Massage and Pre and Post Natal. I believe every body is different and using my 9 years of experience, knowledge and intuition I exclusively tailor each massage.
Weekend warriors, desk jockeys, stressed out Moms, tired executives, professional golfers, body builders and athletes, I have helped others like you regain their sanity, reclaim their bodies and hit the re-set button.  I help repair muscular imbalance brought on by over use, injury, poor posture and too much time sitting and help relax tired, over stressed muscles that are pulling bones out of alignment to bring them back to more natural, healthy and flexible state.
