I believe that sometimes the lightest touch can have the biggest impact, that’s why I not only practice Swedish massage, but am also trained in Cranio Sacral therapy, Aromatouch and Myofascial release. In addition, I am also trained in cupping therapy, prenatal massage and hot stones. Come melt into serenity!

Lauren created a very trusting relationship in her calm and knowledgeable manner. Her skills as a massage therapist easily transferred to making my facial so relaxing. I was in a dreamlike state for a good portion of the session.
