I have many passions, including helping others as a big part of my life. I strive to continually meet new people, learn from various sources, and improve myself so that I may better serve others. I'm a big believer in taking care of one's own self first before tending to the needs of others. Why is this important? This begs the question: how can you give someone something that you don't already have? How can you put forth energy when you don't have enough of it to begin with?

I worked alongside Dr. Cheryl Lee-Pow, a successful chiropractor located in Rockville, MD. I was a part-time massage therapist who had the privilege to work on her patients, using different modalities designed for each unique need of the patients. I spent a total of two years there.
I have worked alongside a licensed acupuncturist since 2013 in giving her patients massages after their acupuncture treatments. Like the chiropractic office, each session focused on individual needs of the patient.
