This was my second Ashiatsu massage with Kate. It’s now my favorite form of deep tissue body work! I always leave feeling light on my feet and all my joints feel much more free. Kate is a very pleasant person that keeps good casual conversation if you like, or a comfortable silence if you prefer. Highly recommended!

Best massage I’ve ever had- truly! Kate is very professional and I walked away feeling more aligned, knots worked out, and areas I didn’t even know were trouble spots feeling unwound. Highly recommend, I’ll definitely be back!

Kate is professional, kind and thoughtful. I went to her for lower back pain and she addressed this issue thoroughly throughout the session. I felt relief, but I even felt better the next day. She knows what she is doing and does it well. I will be going back.
