For more than 21 years, I have invested myself into becoming deeply educated about how the human body works, and educating others.  I learned to observe patterns.  As I've followed the route of patterns in my clients' bodies, as well as my own, I've become clear of the interweaving of the physical body with emotional states, mental attitudes, spiritual practices, and environmental conditions.  These factors influence the way we move (or don't move) every day.  With this knowledge and awareness, anyone can shift old patterns into new ones, create more aliveness, and feel better in their bodies than they ever thought possible.
