I graduated from Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy in 2010. I specialize in Sports, Prenatal, Deep Tissue, and Relaxation Massage. My focus is to help the body get to a place it can heal. Using different tools and skills I have learned, I am able to tailor every massage for each individual. From stretching techniques to hot stones my intention is listen, learn, and educate. I decided to pursue massage in 2008. In 2007, I had to have surgery on both lower legs due to compartment syndrome. Prior to the surgery I was unable to walk without pain for six years. I have since recovered 100 percent. I have taken up trail running. I also can hike, swim, lift weights, bike, live and enjoy life with out pain.
