About Forest City Wellness

With a deep passion for helping others, Lizzie is a Licensed Massage Therapist dedicated to providing restorative care for the body and mind. Trained in various techniques, including Swedish massage, Deep Tissue, sports massage, and soon to come prenatal. Lizzie will tailor each session to see the unique needs of every client.

 

Drawing from a strong foundation in anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology, Lizzie believes in the power of touch to reduce stress, alleviate chronic pain, and promote overall health. With focus on creating a relaxing environment, Lizzie committed to helping clients achieve balance and vitality, one session at a time.

Lizzie gave a phenomenal massage. She was able to take care of the issues I was having in my lower back and even able to locate a knot in my calf that I didn't know I had and took care of it. Will definatly be recommending her to my friends and making more future appointments
