Sonora Byrd Hodges is a Licensed Massage Therapist with over 15 years of experience. She is a graduate of INT and also the Thai Massage School of Chiang Mai, Thailand.

Sonora has completed all five levels of training with Dr. Carol Phillips in Dynamic Body Balancing for Prenatal and Pediatric Myofascial/Craniosacral Therapy.

Sonora is also credentialed by the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Personal Trainer (CPT) Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES) and Fitness Nutrition Specialist (FNS). Sonora also has credentials as an Aquatic Therapist trained at the Aquatic Integration Institute (A.I.I.) in California and brings this amazing therapy to the Upper Peninsula.
