I am a  licensed Massage Therapist. I have been working in the field, since graduating from Branford Hall Career Inst. in 2012, doing Swedish, deep tissue, prenatal, hot stone massages. In 2014 I continued my education and became a certified Medical Massage Practitioner, to help people dealing with chronic pain,  or have under gone surgery.  Helping to lower their intake of pain medication and even help prevent surgeries in the first place. I  also have been certified in Lymphatic drainage massage since 2014, which helps detox's the body. People dealing with all kinds of illness, including auto immune diseases, can have issues with your lymphatic system. In June of 2019 I became certified in cupping, which helps immensely, helping to unwind tightened Fascia, relaxes the muscles, works on tendons, ligaments,improves skin and helps move lymph. I started practicing Reiki, the Usui System of Natural Healing in 2013, since 2018 I am certified Reiki Master/Teacher.  I also became certified in Integrated  Energy Therapy in 2019.
