I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist for 13 years working in the chiropractic field. I am trained in Myofascial Release, Orthopedic, Pregnancy, Deep Tissue Trigger point, Himalayan Salt Stone and recently received my Medical Massage Practioner certification. I take great pride in my work, doing an in-depth consultation, and asking questions to help me better understand what you need. Not only focusing on relaxation and destressing, but helping treat the body in the areas causing discomfort.

Mindy is the very best massage therapist I have ever been to in my whole life... I see her every 6 weeks and she keeps me fine-tuned and healthy. I'm 71, and I feel sure I'd be seeing a doctor for several different things if it weren't for her truly THERAPEUTIC massage skills. She's just exceptionally gifted AND she's a lovely person on top of that! I love her!!
