Jill Fisher has been a massage therapist for the last five years specializing in deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, cupping, PNF stretching, and corrective exercise. Jill has also been a personal trainer for the past fifteen years working with a variety of patients helping individuals getting out of chronic pain, achieving health and wellness, along with injury prevention.

Working with young hockey athletes dealing with chronic injuries and getting back to sport. From ten minutes manual therapy treatments, functional movement screen, and hands-on massage I treated the athletes in a variety of modalities to get back to sport. We also worked with the "weekend warriors" as well treating the average person with chronic injuries to achieve pain reduction and back to sport.
