I became a massage therapist because I wanted to be able to give the same care and support back to my family and friends that they had given me throughout life. Over the years, I've watched my dad beat up his body doing various jobs and never finding anything that helped relieve the pain. After going to school for massage, I have learned many different techniques and skills that have been able to ease some of that pain. Seeing the difference and change that I have helped to make in his life, made me want to help as many people as I can get my hands on. 

I graduated in December 2014 from Globe University, located in Moorhead MN, with my Associate's Degree in Massage Therapy. I am currently licensed in both North and South Dakota.

I specialize in Deep Tissue, Sports, and CranioSacral Massage Techniques. Frequent issues that I help to resolve are headaches, neck pain, back pain, and holistic balance between body and energy.
