"Human Dignity + Compassion = Peace"

After 14 years at a high stress desk job complete with daily deadlines, I decided that a change in career was in order.   Since graduating from the Florida School of Massage in 1994, massage therapy has been my calling.  Each day, in fact after every session, I revel in the feeling of peace and accomplishment that in a quiet, soothing, and safe environment my clients and I are more in balance than when we began.

Whether a session is to address tired and sore muscles, to help relieve tension and stress, or to support a fitness or athletic program, I customize each client's massage integrating various techniques I have learned over the years.  I don't require them to choose a specific modality (i.e. Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, etc.) though they may certainly do so; I tend to work slowly and as deep as is effective but always within the client's comfort zone.

My practice, Body Knead Massage Therapy, is located in the chiropractic office of Dr. Jonathan Donner, Blackwatch Office Park, 6605 Pittsford Palmyra Road, Suite E9, directly across from the Perinton Wegmans.  The office staff are most friendly and welcoming and the treatment rooms are warm and cozy.  There is plenty of easily accessible parking.  While I don't work for Dr. Donner, we do on occasion refer to each other when we believe it is in best interest of the client but only at their request or with their consent.

I welcome the opportunity to work with you.
