Paula has been a nationally certified massage therapist(NCTMB) since 2004. She is a Certified Advanced Myofascial Therapist and a Level I Craniosacral Therapist. Her training and years of practicing Swedish massage, deep tissue therapies, pregnancy massage and geriatric massage round out her skills to help a wide range of clients. Currently Paula divides her work between SpruceWind Healing Arts and Alaska Brain and Spine.  Paula worked at the Holistic Medical Clinic from 2012-2017. She was a massage therapist at the Alaska Club - Fairbanks for 4 years, owned and operated Interior Bodyworks out of the Student Rec. Center at UAF and worked for Denali PT and Massage in Denali Park for several seasons. Paula has lived in Alaska since 1992. The beauty and adventures of Alaska has been a big part of her life. Now she enjoys those experiences with her husband and two kids. Whenever she finds the time Paula enjoys running, biking, martial arts and guitar.
