I love movement and am repeatedly inspired by the resiliency of the body. I especially enjoy working to problem solve through pain and remain active. After completing my massage therapy training through the New Hampshire Institute of Therapeutic Arts, I am now pursuing more in depth education of neuromuscular applications.
My style has been influenced by a background in science and wildlife tracking. Tracking taught me to shift to process oriented thinking. This means listening to concerns and forming goals to meet a body where it is on any given day. Gather information, assess, act. My goal throughout is to help people expand their awareness and reconnect with their bodies.
I’ve always been physically oriented. After dancing my way through childhood, I spent years expanding connections to myself and the world around me by working as a naturalist and mentor outdoors. Eventually my attention shifted from animal to human and I began on the path of therapeutic bodywork. These days I am an avid rock climber but can also be found exploring outdoors, dancing, paddling, cycling, or hiking.
