Greetings!  I am passionate about supporting people on their journey toward feeling better in their bodies.  My approach to massage treatment involves integrating various techniques to fit client's goals, and includes Swedish/relaxation, myofascial, deep tissue techniques, and connective tissue massage.  It is my goal to consistently build my skills as a therapist to offer the relief my clients are looking for.

I was brought to massage therapy by an inkling, which sparked a mid-pandemic career change (previously, I was an occupational therapy practitioner), and I couldn't be more grateful.  Since then, I have also become a certified personal trainer and am continuously learning more about the body, its recovery processes, and the connection between body, mind and spirit.  You will find me with an empathetic ear and ready hands...It will be my honor to serve you as my client!

The first thing I noticed about Debi is her aura of calmness, as if I entered a zone of "there is no rush here." She begins with an interview to understand needs and make a plan and she takes time during the massage to make sure it is meeting expectations and adjusting as necessary. I have signed up to receive her healing massages twice a month.

Debi is a great LMT. You'll instantly feel more calm and relaxed when she greets you. She does a awesome job finding stress areas you weren't really aware of and creates a very healing space.
