Jess is always very professional and friendly. She really focuses in on sore spots for correction, and has great recommendations for prevention, like certain stretches or exercises. I always leave happy and refreshed.

Very sweet but wish she would have spent less time on the front of my body and more time on my back where I told her my problem areas were. Did end up with a bruise on my collarbone from one of her nails.
