Jennifer was drawn to massage when, after dealing with headaches for many years, her doctor suggested massage therapy. Within a few sessions, her headaches were much more manageable and she became hooked. After graduating from Lancaster School of Massage in 2002, she began practicing in the Ephrata area, opening Circle of Life in August of 2004. She is Nationally Certified and licensed in the state of Pennsylvania.

Jennifer has studied Myofascial Release with John Barnes and Walt Fritz and Cranialsacral Therapy with the Upledger Institute. Her therapeutic massage is a unique blend of many modalities and techniques, including Myofascial Release, Cranialsacral therapy, Trigger Point therapy, deep tissue work and Swedish massage. She also practices Hot Stone Therapy and Pregnancy massage and enjoys teaching new parents massage techniques to use on their newborns. In May 2016 she completed a massage cupping class and is excited to add new techniques to her practice.
