Alex was so lovely! For my first visit she walked me through my intentions. She showed me around the studio and told me all about the culture and growth of Energy Works. I really loved our interaction. She's a jewel! Ben is awesome, patient, and kind. I've had some really good success and hit some goals after our first session. I have schedule another session. I'm excited to see the outcome. :)
