I was feeling quite tired and achy and sore. My shoulder was hurting a lot. Aleeza listened carefully, asking me what we needed to focus on. And waited for my reply. Gave me a choice of oil or lotion. Started face down. Worked quietly but gently. Quiet conversation. Very enjoyable. Drank water afterwards. Went to bed early after a light supper of salad. Felt so much better this morning. Body felt lighter. Thank you Aleeza!
